Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to The Weaver Nest, an architecture and interior design firm operating in India. This policy governs refunds related to services booked or paid for through our website www.theweavernest.com.By engaging our services or making any payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

• Architecture and interior design services are professional, customized, and intellectual services.
• Due to the personalized nature of design work, refunds are limited once services have commenced.

2. Consultation Fees

• Fees paid for initial consultations, site visits, online meetings, or design discussions are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
• If the Company cancels a scheduled consultation, a full refund will be issued.

3. Design Fees & Project Payments

• Design fees are generally charged on a milestone or stage-wise basis.
• Once a design stage has commenced or design work has been shared (including concepts, drawings, layouts, or 3D views), no refund shall be applicable for that stage.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
• A written cancellation request is received before commencement of the relevant stage of work.
• The Company, at its sole discretion, agrees that no substantial work has been performed.
Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting:
• Consultation fees
• Administrative costs
• Work already completed

4. Advance Payments

• Advance payments made to block time, resources, or project slots are non-refundable.
• Advances may be adjusted against future services only at the Company’s discretion and with written confirmation.

5. Execution & Turnkey Services (If Applicable)

• Payments made towards execution, material procurement, vendor bookings, or turnkey works are non-refundable once orders are placed or work has started.
• Refunds, if any, will be subject to vendor terms and actual recoveries.

6. Delays & Client Responsibilities

• No refunds will be provided for delays caused by:
o Client-side approvals or indecision
o Changes in scope or requirements
o Site readiness issues
o Delays in statutory approvals or permissions

7. Cancellation by Client

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation becomes effective only upon written acknowledgment by the Company.
• Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed as per this policy.

8. Cancellation by Company

• If the Company is unable to continue the project due to internal reasons, a proportionate refund may be issued for services not yet rendered.
• No refund shall be due for work already completed or expenses incurred.

9. Mode & Timeline of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Refunds may take 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

10. Legal Compliance (India)

• This policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights where applicable.

11. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
• Updated policies will be effective upon posting on the Website.
